Hey everyone,

We’re excited and eager to bring a couple new ladies on to management. Anyone interested is encouraged to apply.

We do expect managers to be exclusive to our club. We are not accepting managers of other clubs or anyone who works at any other strip club. If you are currently on The Monarchy staff or not exclusive, you will be expected to promptly resign from any other club prior to accepting the position.

We will be selecting managers based on the strongest candidates. Please read over the below descriptions. If interested, please fill out the application by clicking here.

Compensation will be discussed on your interview and be based on your level of experience, history at The Monarchy and suitability for the role.

Events Manager – Vanderbuilt Position

This is not a supporting/assistant position.  You will be supporting the Vanderbuilt companies overall, with a strong emphasis on The Monarchy.  So, you should be extremely comfortable making decisions, creating a system that works best for you, able to prioritize your work and report to the management group weekly.  You will be working with an existing events manager so you should be comfortable working with others.

Description

As the events manager you will be completely responsible for daily, weekly and special events at the club and occasional event posting for Bayside City.

  • You will be responsible for the weekly line up and posting daily events to secondlife.com You will also be responsible for making any changes you see fit to the line up.
  • You would be responsible for conceptualizing and executing special events, at least monthly. This can include – seeking help from other staff to plan; deciding on themes, dress code, location; securing DJs and hosts when necessary; deciding on contests and submitting a budget for prizes, DJs, hosts and decor needed; creating communication to send to VIP group; creating communication for advertisements; creating posters; creating communication to send to dance group; creating any communication needed at the actual event

Requirements

  • You should be consistently meeting your current requirements if you plan to work as a dancer/escort at The Monarchy
  • You must have an ability to prioritize your work and set a schedule that works best for you so you can also successfully perform as a playmate/Vixen if you are currently on staff.
  • You should be familiar with setting events on secondlife.com
  • You should be familiar with setting events on Facebook and making posts to our page
  • You will need to have a SL facebook account
  • You should be familiar with posting to flickr and instagram when needed (to our accounts)
  • You should be familiar with posting to SL forums
  • Recommended – experience posting to WordPress
  • You must have a strong understanding of club rules and all topics in the Knowledge Base on this website
  • You should be creative!
  • You absolutely must be a self starter that can execute events, set appropriate deadlines and make deadlines.
  • Must have a premium Second Life account

Training Manager

Along with general training expertise and an extremely strong understanding of our rules and everything in this knowledge base, you should also be a strong employee that is able to share that knowledge with new hires and have the availability to train them, assess their testing and performance and work alongside them.

Description

As the training manager, you will be responsible for training one training class per month. This includes approximately 4 hours of in class, live training time over the course of 2 days. You will also be grading quizzes and evaluating emoting tests during that period. From there, you are expected to be available for several shadow sessions throughout the week to work in club with the new trainees, monitor their performance, assess and share that feedback, be on call for questions, potentially check chatlogs for services with clients, ensure rules, appearance and general customs are correct. You will be responsible for providing website login information, confirming whether or not trainees are able to login and contacting amyalka when not. You will introduce them to both the training website and TheMonarchySL.com and instruct them how to update their profile. At the conclusion of training, you should be prepared to share your notes with management and making recommendations for hiring. You should also be a reliable resource to answer questions in dance group or our staff discord when available.

Requirements

  • You should be consistently meeting your requirements if you plan to work as a dancer/escort at The Monarchy

  • You should be strong at facilitating training sessions, experience preferred. Voice preferred.
  • You should have gone through a live training class
  • You should be familiar with posting to SL forums
  • You must have experience with WordPress. If you do not, create a WordPress account and become acquainted before applying.
  • You should be incredibly organized and know how to manage a group of people and a schedule.
  • You must be a self starter who knows how to prioritize work, set appropriate deadlines and meet deadlines

Social Media Manager – Vanderbuilt Position

We are looking for someone with strong social media skills, photo and video skills to assist with our Instagram, Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter. You will be supporting the Vanderbuilt companies overall, with a strong emphasis on The Monarchy.

Description

As the social media manager, you will be responsible for getting new exciting and enticing images of girls who work in the club on a weekly basis to share across social media to help promote sets, daily events or special events happening in the club.  You will also be responsible for sharing resident/guest/visitor photos in Bayside City to our social pages.

  • You’ll coordinate with the events manager to ensure club events are posted about on social media
  • You’ll coordinate with the Bayside City Role Play Admin to ensure regular posts are made about things happening in the city
  • You’ll regularly update social channels to assist with growth and visibility

Requirements

  • You should be consistently meeting your requirements if you plan to work as a dancer/escort at The Monarchy
  • You must have an ability to prioritize your work and set a schedule that works best for you so you can also successfully perform as a Playmate/Vixen if you are currently on staff.
  • You should be extremely familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Flickr and Twitter and posting to each platform
  • You should be able to take high quality images – include samples on your application. 
  • Ability to capture video is also preferred.

Club Requirements

  1. AGE VERIFICATION: You need to be 18+ years old when applying here, we will do age verifications!
    In order for your application to be processed and receive an interview you NEED to have “Payment Info Used”.
  2. APPEARANCE – You MUST have a high quality avatar to work here. Mesh body and head REQUIRED. You must look like a female human avatar. We are not looking for any baby girl type avatars.

We may ask you to edit your shape to work here. Of course, we are not concerned with how you look outside the club. If you fall outside what we’re looking for and have no interest in any modifications for your working shape this may not be the best fit. Managers are prominently displayed at our landing and we expect managers to also reflect the club.
